To be able to help with a claim, we ask our patients to inform their patient managers, who will discuss in detail what you require from your insurer, such as claim form and possible reference on invoices that forces the claim.

The reason we need to take this action so your insurer will not waste time responding to the claim due to not having enough information. In case of inaccurate information the communication could become time consuming so it is better to prepare before considering the treatment.
